Chelsey Crim has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chelsey currently works at NJI as a Project Director, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Project Manager at NJI from April 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining NJI, Chelsey worked at Hope Street Group where they held multiple positions. Chelsey was a Senior Manager, Jobs and Economic Opportunity from September 2018 to August 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager from July 2017 to August 2022, and as a Research and Program Associate from March 2016 to August 2022.

Chelsey's earlier work experience includes working as a Project Coordinator at The Brookings Institution from June 2013 to February 2016, and as an Intern at Latin America Working Group from August 2012 to December 2013, where they handled social media management, researched U.S. policy towards Colombia, published blogs, and performed media surveillance.

Chelsey also had brief roles as a Receptionist at McKinsey & Company in 2013, an English Teacher at Colegio San Andres from May 2011 to July 2011, an English Teacher at Duoc Universidad Catolica from March 2010 to December 2010, and an Intern Investigator at The Defender Association from January 2009 to June 2009.

Chelsey Crim began their education at the University of Washington in 2005 and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their fields of study were International Studies and Latin American Studies. Additionally, Chelsey obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certificate from the TEFL Institute. Chelsey also holds additional certifications, including a Career Coaching certificate from Skilling America and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
