Diane Brendley

Diane Brendley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has significant work experience in the field of human resources. Diane started their career as a HR Director at UnitedHealth Group in 1990 and held that position until 2004. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Travelers of New Jersey. In 2009, they joined NJM Insurance Group as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Diane Brendley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, received their Bachelor's degree in Management with a concentration in HR from Rutgers University - Camden. Diane also holds additional certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI, obtained in April 2020, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, obtained in April 2015.
