Harold Cockburn

Harold Cockburn is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in electronic trading and operational risk management. Currently serving as CIO at West Ridge Technologies and Information Technology Supervisor at NJM Insurance Group, Harold is responsible for developing and delivering client-facing portals across multiple platforms, supporting various personal and commercial lines of business. Previous roles include Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, where Harold partnered with multiple business lines to enhance operational risk management systems, and Global Electronic Trading Manager at JP Morgan Chase, leading a team in the development of the firm’s Global Electronic Trading suite. Harold's career also includes significant positions at Bear Stearns and Credit Suisse, where Harold directed the design and development of advanced electronic trading platforms and connectivity solutions. Harold holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Theoretical Physics, and Creative Writing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
