Kathleen Therrien

Kathleen Therrien is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Commercial Lines at NJM Insurance Group since November 2019, Kathleen oversees systems support and deployments for Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Liability, utilizing Guidewire and integrating various financial and credit support systems. Prior to this role, Kathleen spent over 25 years at AIG in various leadership positions, including Senior Information Officer of Identity Management, where responsibilities encompassed operations and technical support for global access management systems, and Vice President for the AIG International Division, focusing on SAP deployments across multiple regions. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Redlands.
