Loni Hand

Loni Hand currently holds the positions of Chief Privacy Officer, Director and Counsel of the Special Investigations Unit (SIU), and Harassment & Discrimination Officer at NJM Insurance Group, where responsibilities include leading the enterprise cyber security governance strategy and overseeing investigations of suspected insurance fraud. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Attorney General in the Government Integrity Unit at the Division of Criminal Justice, where Loni supervised investigations of government and police misconduct, and as Assistant Prosecutor and Director of the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit at the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office, managing a variety of criminal prosecutions. Loni Hand earned a Master of Laws in Trial Advocacy from Temple University, a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
