Martin Layton

Martin Layton has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Martin started their career as a Systems Administrator at IBIS Training Institute in 1993. Martin then moved on to Wheelock, Inc as a LAN Administrator, where they worked from 1994 to 1997. From 1998 to 2004, they served as the LAN Services Manager at the same company. In 2004, they joined Cooper Industries Ltd., initially as the Director of IT and Customer Service, and later as the Director of Customer Service. Responsibilities in this role included managing customer service teams, software project implementation, and providing SAP business-process standardization. In 2012, Martin joined NJM Insurance Group as the Enterprises Services Supervisor, and later became a Principal and Project Coordinator.

Martin Layton received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from Rowan University from 1990 to 1993. Martin then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Management from Thomas Edison State University from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Martin obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification in SPC and Business Process Improvement from Stat-A-Matrix in the year 2000.
