Jamie Boyd

Jamie Boyd has a comprehensive work experience that spans over many years. In 2007, Boyd joined Iberdrola Renewables as a Supervisor, overseeing the Development Leases and Projects team. During this time, they managed and processed numerous real estate leases, ensuring budgetary targets were met and preparing critical reports for business development purposes.

Following their tenure at Iberdrola Renewables, Boyd joined SunEdison in 2015 as a Senior Interconnection Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the interconnection process for net meter and wholesale generation solar projects. Boyd also maintained strong working relationships with utilities and regional transmission organizations.

Boyd then transitioned to Current, powered by GE in 2016, where they served as the Interconnection and Compliance Lead. After their time at Current, they joined Sunpin Holdings LLC in 2017 as a Business Development Manager, responsible for driving business growth initiatives.

Most recently, in 2020, Boyd joined NJR Clean Energy Ventures as the Director of Solar Project Development.

Jamie Boyd received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Urban Studies from Temple University. They later pursued a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini University. Jamie also completed an Executive Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Currently, they are enrolled in Cornell University, where they are working towards an Executive Certificate in Business Management in STEM.
