Michael Vinella

Michael Vinella, PhD, serves as the Director of Membership & Retirement Services at the New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association (NJPSA) since September 2017, and holds various roles, including Mentor in the New Jersey Leader to Leader program, Field Service Representative, and President on the NJPSA Board of Directors. Additionally, Michael is a Contributing Faculty member in the EdD and PhD programs at Walden University and an Adjunct Professor at Rider University in the Department of Graduate Education, Leadership, and Counseling. Michael's recent positions also include Executive Committee Member for the NJSIAA and NASSP State Coordinator until April 2024. Previously, Michael was Principal in East Brunswick and served in multiple educational roles within East Brunswick Public Schools and East Brunswick High School. Michael holds a PhD in K-12 Educational Leadership from Walden University, a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from Kean University, and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
