Eleanor Benson-Bailey

Eleanor Benson-Bailey has a diverse background in education, camp management, and brand promotion. At NJY Camps, Eleanor has been a Summer Camp Staff member since June 2017, responsible for creating graphics and marketing materials, as well as coordinating and leading programs for children and staff. In a brief role as Brand Manager for Camp America from October to December 2021, Eleanor promoted the brand through university events and social media, generating interest in the program. Prior experience includes working as a Health Care and Education Assistant for Durham County Council from September 2016 to July 2021, where Eleanor supported children with various special educational needs. Currently, Eleanor is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Communication at Northumbria University, expected to graduate in 2024.
