Kate Jamboretz

Kate Jamboretz has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kate started their career as a Volunteer at the Women's Comprehensive Health Clinic in 2014, where they assisted with paperwork and helped prepare for events. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at the Treasure Valley Family YMCA as a Track Coach for elementary to high school-aged kids and as a Lifeguard. Kate also worked as a Lifeguard and Track and Field Coach at Rooftop Middle School in 2016.

In 2015, Kate interned at the CLSI California Life Sciences Institute as a Program Manager/Intern for the FAST advisory program, where they organized meetings and took notes. Kate then served as a Research Intern at the Blood Systems Research Institute, where they analyzed sequencing data and visualized results using statistical analysis tools.

In 2016, Kate worked as a Graduate Co-op at Amgen in the Protein Expression and Purification department, optimizing the production of difficult proteins. Kate also worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at Distributed Bio Inc, contributing to immuno-therapeutic discovery and modeling antibodies.

Since 2017, Kate has been working at Nkarta, Inc. In their current role as Associate Scientist, they are involved in scientific research and development. Kate previously held positions as a Senior Research Associate II, a Senior Research Associate, and a Research Associate, where they worked on various scientific projects.

In addition to their professional experience, Kate was a D1 Track and Field and Cross Country Athlete at the University of San Francisco from 2011 to 2016, where they also worked as a Lifeguard.

Kate Jamboretz's education history begins with their high school education at Boise High School, where they earned their High School Diploma from 2007 to 2011.
