Cheryl Burgoyne

Cheryl Burgoyne has over 20 years of experience in Learning and Development. Cheryl has worked in a variety of industries including food production, aviation, and consulting. Cheryl is currently the Learning Director at NKD, where they deliver leadership modules to Hovis sites throughout the UK.

Prior to their current position, Cheryl was the Director of Learning at FTD Consulting Ltd, where they provided and developed learning material for clients. Cheryl has also worked as a R&D Project Manager for British Airways, where they were responsible for the resourcing, design, and delivery of customer service programmes for front-line staff globally. In addition to their work in customer service, Cheryl also held the portfolio for Trainer Development, Influencing Skills, and Leadership Development while at British Airways.

Cheryl's experience and expertise in Leadership training, Brand Engagement, Trainer development, and Corporate programmes make their an asset to any organization.

Cheryl Burgoyne attended Heysham High School in Morecambe, Lancashire.

Their manager is Sue Stoneman, Founder & CEO. They work with David Colgate - Content & Innovation Director, Jorge Vafeas - Digital Learning Director, and Laurence Bishop - CFO.
