Carlos Fernandez

Carlos Fernandez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Executive VP of Business Line Applications at NKT since February 2021, Carlos previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining NKT, Carlos was with Prysmian Group for over two decades, ultimately acting as COO for Central & Eastern Europe, overseeing industrial integration and performance across nine factories in the region. Carlos's earlier roles include Director of Plant Operations, Quality Manager at TRES Grifería, and Quality Manager at Isofix, with a foundational background as a Quality Consultant at Gassò Advocats. Carlos holds a PDD from IESE Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
