Sarah Krueger

Sarah Krueger has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2001 as a Jr. Consultant/Project Assistant/Intern at W+ST Personalberatung GmbH. Sarah then worked as a Talent Development Manager at Media Markt in Herzogenrath, Germany in 2005. In 2006, Sarah became a Team Leader at Brunel. From 2007 to 2011, they held various HR positions at NORMA Group, including HR BP/Sr. HR BP. Sarah then served as VP HR EMEA from 2011 to 2015 and VP HR Region Americas from 2016 to 2022. Currently, Sarah holds the position of VP HR, Applications at NKT, starting in 2023.

Sarah Krueger earned a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy, French, and Business Administration from Universität des Saarlandes from 1996 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Organizational Psychology from FernUniversität in Hagen, specializing in Organizational Psychology, which they completed between 2004 and 2006.
