Megan Tucker

Megan Tucker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and mental health services. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Transformation Consultant for NL Health Services, Megan is also the Regional Program Coordinator at Southcott Leadership, focusing on strategic workforce planning and talent development. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Eastern Health, where Megan progressed from a Recruitment Clerk to the Site Lead for Mental Health & Addictions in Acute Care & Tertiary Services over a span of 13 years. Additional qualifications include a Change Leadership Certificate from CHA Learning and a BBA from Memorial University of Newfoundland, alongside training in Psychological Health and Safety from the Canadian Mental Health Association.
