Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Health Networks for Health of Older Adults at NL Health Services, Natalie also manages operations as a Co-Owner of Killick Coast Aquarium, where responsibilities include customer experience and social media management. As the owner of QI Surveys, Natalie specializes in various survey methodologies. Previous roles include consulting at the Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information, focusing on program evaluations, and serving as a Customer Insights Manager at RSA. With a Master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology from Memorial University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Brunswick, Natalie's expertise spans strategic planning, program evaluation, and organizational performance improvement.
