Amera Muftic

Amera Muftic has an extensive background in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Organization at NLB Banka d.d. Sarajevo since December 2015. Key responsibilities include managing the HR department, developing HR strategies, overseeing capacity planning and staffing, enhancing employee performance management, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Head of Human Resources at Sberbank BH d.d. and Head of Human Resources at Raiffeisen Bank, where Amera Muftic focused on transforming HR functions, implementing performance management systems, and developing talent management strategies. Early career experience as an Interpreter and Project Assistant provided foundational support in training and administrative tasks. Amera Muftic holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philosophy.
