Gina Melchner is a Venture Developer at NLC. Prior to their current position, they interned at BGV in venture capital, where they were responsible for deal flow analysis and venture portfolio monitoring. Gina has also spent time travelling the world, volunteering with conservation organizations and scuba diving operations. In addition, they have worked as a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman and a Visiting Student at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Gina has also been a Teaching Assistant at ETH Zurich and a Laboratory Assistant at ETH Zurich.
Gina Melchner holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Sciences from the same school. Gina is certified by Global Underwater Explorers as a Cave Diver 1, GUE Fundamentals - Tech, and Recreational Diver 2. Gina is also certified by PADI as a Divemaster and Open Water Diver.
