Harri O’Sullivan

Harri O'Sullivan is a Venture Teaming Expert at NLC. Harri has over six years of experience in talent acquisition and development. Prior to joining NLC, they worked as a Global Learning and Talent Development Partner, Enabling Functions at Philips. In this role, they supported Business Transformation, Finance, IT, Legal, IP&S and GBS functions globally. Harri also contributed to transformation projects that required insight from organisations outside of their scope - acting as a "spider in the web" when it comes to enterprise talent management.

Harri O’Sullivan has a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Exeter. Harri also has a National Certificate in Dance from the English National Ballet School, where they studied ballet, contemporary, jazz, and dance history & Benesh notation.
