Taco is also the founder and CEO of Return On Science Ventures, and the managing director executive search at Russell Reynolds Associates from 2000 to 2009.

Taco Van Der Feltz is a medical doctor who studied medicine at Utrecht University. Taco also has a certificate in Program Commissarissen en Toezichthouders from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and an MSc in Medical Biology from Utrecht University.
