Pavel Sergeev

Pavel Sergeev is an accomplished professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management and Career Planning at NLMK Group since October 2019. With extensive experience spanning over 15 years, Pavel has previously held key positions such as Talent Development and Succession Planning Manager at Sibur, Talent Acquisition Manager at GlaxoSmithKline, and Recruitment Manager at BDO Russia. Pavel began a career in recruitment at Severstal and Branan, and the journey started in recruitment agencies. Pavel holds a Master of Science degree in History from the Russian University of Humanities, completed between 1998 and 2003.
