Vivek Solanke

Vivek Solanke is an experienced HR and Industrial Relations professional currently serving as Head HR & IR India at NLMK India since May 2021. Previous roles include DGM HR & IR - Plant Head HR at Kohler Co. and Sr. Manager HR & IR - Plant Head HR at UltraTech Cement. Vivek has a solid foundation in HR, IR, and administrative functions, gained through positions at Caterpillar Inc., SAMSON Controls Inc., Endress+Hauser, Schaeffler, and early experience as a Placement Executive. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a diploma in Labour Law from Rajshree Shahu Law College, along with a Bachelor of Science degree from Amravati University.
