Marius van der Werff

Marius van der Werff is an experienced professional in business development and impact innovation. Currently serving as a Business Builder at nlmtd, Marius focuses on creating FutureProof Organizations to drive the Energy and Food transitions alongside sustainability efforts. As a Founding Partner at Cathedrall, collaboration with D/DOCK and Plastic Whale aims to engage diverse audiences in the circular economy. Marius also contributes as a coach and mentor in the EO Accelerator program and is an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization in the Netherlands. Marius previously founded Max-G, an ecosystem builder for conscious growth, and Allied Concepts, a hub connecting retail concepts with real estate. Additional experience includes a general manager role at De Pier Scheveningen and founding Powerplay people LINQ. Marius holds degrees from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and EuroCollege Management School.
