Myrte Marechal

Myrte Marechal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people and culture strategy, currently serving as People & Culture Director at nlmtd and as a member of SER Topvrouwen. Prior to this, Myrte held the position of Head of Talent & Organisational Development at Wageningen University & Research, overseeing recruitment, health, learning, and leadership development. Myrte's career includes key roles at NS, where leadership and performance development were prioritized, and at LTP Business Psychologists, managing teams and client relationships. Myrte holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and has pursued advanced education at institutions such as London Business School and Nyenrode Business University.
