Roel de Bruijne

Roel de Bruijne is an experienced innovation manager currently working at nlmtd since December 2023. As a co-founder of Spective Innovation since February 2021, Roel focuses on assisting aspiring entrepreneurs in translating their ideas into actionable plans more efficiently. Previously, Roel held roles such as Exploration & Validation expert and Venture Builder at Spective, where the emphasis was on service design and business validation. In a prior position as Lead Innovator & Experiment Designer at MakerLab NL from November 2016 to February 2021, Roel executed over 100 experiments for numerous clients to validate concepts and establish innovation strategies. Roel's career also includes experience as a User Experience Consultant at Capgemini, a Market Researcher at Jungle Minds, and a Product Designer intern at Philips. Roel holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Technology from Hanze, obtained in 2013.
