Emmanuel Aina (CMgr MCMI., MBA, ANIMN, CCEP, MPE)

Emmanuel Aina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business strategy and development, currently serving as the Head of the Strategy Unit at NLPC Pension Fund Administrators Limited since February 2007. In this role, Emmanuel drives organizational sustainability and growth through effective strategy implementation. Previously, Emmanuel held positions as Zonal Team Lead for Business Development & Relationship Management and Business Development Manager, overseeing branch operations and supporting management nationwide. Earlier experience includes a teaching role at Government Day Secondary School, where curriculum planning and student progress assessment were key responsibilities. Emmanuel holds an MBA from Nexford University, a Master's degree in Applied and Professional Ethics from the University of Ibadan, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Lagos, complemented by an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
