Elisa Cariño

Elisa Cariño is a Staff Attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County, with previous experience as a Litigation Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP. Elisa holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Law, Letters, & Society from the University of Chicago.
