Nicholas Elefante

Nicholas Elefante is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at Orleans Public Defenders since January 2021, Nicholas previously held the position of Contract Attorney at Shuart & Associates from February 2020 to January 2021 and worked as a Legal Clerk at Trieu Law Firm from August 2019 to January 2020. Additional legal experience includes an internship at The Advocacy Center in early 2019, as well as a role as a Student Practitioner in the Misdemeanor Clinic at Loyola University New Orleans during the 2018-2019 academic year. Nicholas's educational background includes a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law (2016-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Loyola University New Orleans (2009-2013). Prior to entering the legal profession, Nicholas served as a Bar Manager at The Columns Hotel from 2013 to 2019.
