Natosim Sailevu is a dedicated professional in the fields of agriculture and sustainable practices, currently serving as a researcher at the Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology (NM-AIST), focusing on nano and Pheroid technology applications in agriculture since January 2022. Sailevu is also a Senior Project Coordinator and Co-Founder of the Tanzania Conservation and Community Empowerment Initiative (TACCEI) since January 2021. Previously, Sailevu founded Nosim Stores Enterprise, a social enterprise aimed at reducing post-harvest losses in the Simanjiro District of Manyara, and served as an Entrepreneur with The Tony Elumelu Foundation. Other roles include Project Officer at Tamu Tamu Tanzania, Leaf Technician Agronomist at Japan Tobacco International, and Research Intern at Sustainable Agriculture Tanzania. Sailevu holds a Master's degree in Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture from the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy from Sokoine University of Agriculture.
