Director of Field Operations - Southeast at Neuromonitoring Associates

James Watt has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of neuromonitoring. Most recently, they served as the Director of Field Operations - Southeast at NMA (Neuromonitoring Associates) starting from April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the National Technologist Director at Assure Neuromonitoring from March 2022 to April 2023.

James has held various leadership roles at Advanced Monitoring Services. James served as the Chief Innovation Officer from December 2019 to November 2021 and then as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Learning and Service Design Officer from October 2018 to December 2019.

Before joining Advanced Monitoring Services, James worked at Comprehensive Care Services as the VP of Neuro Monitoring Services from June 2013 to September 2018. James also has experience as an Equity Partner at eLearnEND.com from April 2014 to December 2016 and as an Equity Partner/IONM Program Director at LHI Online from January 2012 to December 2013.

James started their career as an Associate Instructor at Larry Head Institute from 2008 to 2012 and as an Educator / Clinical Product Designer at Biotronic NeuroNetwork from August 2008 to January 2012. James'searly work experience includes the role of a Neurodiagnostic Monitoring Specialist at McLaren Greater Lansing, where they developed and implemented an intraoperative monitoring and clinical testing program.

James Watt attended Spring Arbor University from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Biology.
