Sharon Lafaurie

Sharon Lafaurie, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Sharon served as the Human Resources Director at Nationwide Mortgage Bankers, starting in March 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at InterContinental Capital Group, Inc. from October 2015 to February 2018. Sharon also worked as a Human Resource Generalist at CHL Mortgage, Division of Freedom Mortgage from August 2014 to September 2015. Sharon's career began at Vartest Laboratories, Inc. in September 1994, where they served as the Director of Administration until May 2014.

Sharon Lafaurie, SHRM-CP, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Baruch College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their education, they have obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in March 2018 and the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2015.
