Sem Kiburg is a professional with a diverse background in real estate, business consulting, coaching, and logistics. Since December 2021, Sem has served as a co-owner and property manager at Sin Real Estate Company, focusing on the management and optimization of a varied real estate portfolio. Simultaneously, since September 2019, Sem has been a business consultant at Nmbrs, assisting businesses in managing their HR and payroll administration software. Previous experience includes roles as a field hockey coach, procurement intern, front office and restaurant employee, financial employee, and logistics employee, showcasing a wide-ranging skill set across multiple sectors. Sem holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and a minor in Sales, Purchasing & Finance from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
