Jean-Philippe Sarther

Jean-Philippe Sarther is the Chief Financial Officer at NMC Healthcare and is responsible for driving profitable growth for the company whilst embedding a robust governance framework within the organization thereby enhancing operational efficiency and creating sustainable future value for all the stakeholders.

He has more than 25 years of international experience in strategic leadership roles across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and South Africa. Jean-Philippe has a Master's degree in Finance from the Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Managerial Economics from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.

Before joining NMC, Jean-Philippe served as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Tristar Group, GEMS Education, and Axiom Telecom where he helped in the organic expansion and non-organic growth of these organizations.
