Sayed al Shikh

Sayed Al Shikh serves as the Marine Design Manager at National Marine Dredging Company, where responsibilities include detailed review and assessment of tender data, evaluation of conceptual designs for various marine structures, and conducting comprehensive wave data studies to enhance design safety. With expertise in optimizing layouts for islands and harbors based on navigation requirements and wave modeling, Sayed also performs preliminary designs for key project components and conducts value engineering to maximize added value for the employer. Additionally, Sayed manages 2D and 3D physical modeling efforts in France and the UK, specializing in the detailed design of seawalls, revetments, breakwaters, and other structures while considering oil and gas field requirements. Previously held the position of Proposal and Coastal Marine Design Manager within the Engineering/Commercial Department at NMDC UAE since November 2009.
