Jennifer Campbell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Jennifer started their career in 1998 as a Supervisor and Administrative Assistant at Associated Students Computerworks, where they supervised a technical department and assisted customers with computer sales and service. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at Sony as a Resource Planning Analyst, managing workforce requirements and serving as a liaison between different departments. Jennifer then joined Textron as a Human Resources Professional, where they conducted recruitment and performance management activities. Starting in 2007, Jennifer worked at NMG Aerospace as the Corporate Director of Human Resources, overseeing employee relations, compensation, benefits, and overall HR strategy.
