Scott Blackwell

Scott Blackwell is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the UK Finance Manager at NMi, Netherlands Measurement Institute since July 2022, contributing to finance operations for Young Calibration and Chamois Metrology. Prior to this, Scott held the position of Financial Controller at Colas Ltd from February 2004 to March 2022, focusing on business partnering, management accounts, financial controls, project implementation, and maintaining relationships with auditors and HMRC. Earlier experiences include roles as Group Accountant at Millennium Hotels & Resorts, overseeing the consolidation for 21 U.S. hotels, and as Group Accountant at First Choice Holidays, handling treasury and financial accounting. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Oxford Brookes University and has a background in finance from the University of Brighton and Oakmeeds School.
