Ferhat Yilmaz

Ferhat Yilmaz has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and digital strategy. Ferhat started their career as a Sales Marketing Trainee at Arçelik Global in April 2015. From May 2016 to April 2018, Ferhat served as a Web Content Editor at NMQ Digital. Ferhat then joined Arçelik Global again as a Digital Marketing and Strategy Specialist from May 2018 to September 2019. Ferhat returned to NMQ Digital in September 2019 and took on the role of Senior Customer Relationship Management Specialist until September 2021. From October 2021 to July 2023, they led the Customer Relationship Management team as a Team Lead. Currently, Ferhat holds the position of Head of E-mail Marketing at NMQ Digital, starting from July 2023.

Ferhat Yilmaz holds a Bachelor's degree in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations from Marmara University, which was completed between 2010 and 2015. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Marketing Specialist from Salesforce in 2020, Essentials of Digital Marketing from Google in 2019, and Advanced English from Centre of English Studies (CES) in 2014.
