Kerem Pirim

Kerem Pirim has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Kerem began their career in 2008 as a Guest Registration staff at YMCA of the Rockies, where they handled guest check-ins and provided customer service. In 2009, they continued in the same role, managing large conferences and family reunions.

In 2010, Kerem interned as an Accountant at ram international, gaining experience in finance and bank communication. Kerem also worked as an Educational Consultant at ATLAS Private Educational Consulting, where they had direct customer interactions and provided information on language schools and universities.

From 2012 to 2013, Kerem worked at Mezun Group as a Web Operations staff, leading customer campaigns and analyzing web traffic. In 2013, they joined NMQ Digital as a Philips Digital Content Editor and later became a Supervisor. Kerem managed corporate websites and contributed to migration projects.

At NMQ Digital, Kerem held various leadership roles such as Head of Incubation and Digital Content Operations Manager, where they developed processes, managed client relationships, and led teams. Kerem then became the PMO Head and Turkey Operations Lead, creating a project management department and setting up job structures and descriptions.

Kerem'smost recent role at NMQ Digital is Head of Operational Excellence & Strategy. With this position, they oversee operational strategies and executes key projects, contributing to the company's growth and transformation.

Kerem Pirim completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science from Yıldız Technical University from 2005 to 2011. Additionally, Kerem obtained a certification in Methodologies and Applications of Project Management from Istanbul Kurumsal Gelişim in 2015.
