Gerben Kraak

Gerben Kraak has extensive experience in finance transformation, program management, and change management. Gerben is currently serving as the Head of Finance Transformation at NN Group, where they lead regulatory and strategic change initiatives within the finance organization. Previously, they worked at PwC for over 15 years, serving as a Director in Program & Change Management, specializing in complex transformation and remediation programs in the Financial Services industry. Gerben also participated in PwC's Genesis Park program, aimed at developing high-performing staff into future business leaders.

Gerben Kraak has a diverse educational background. Gerben earned a Bachelor's degree in Economie en Logistiek from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam in 2001. In 2004, they completed a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Later, in 2008, Gerben completed an Executive Master of Finance and Control degree in Registercontroller from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. In 2010, they attended INSEAD for an Executive Programme in Strategy. Additionally, Gerben has obtained additional certifications including Barrett: Cultural Transformation Tools from Barrett Values Centre in 2016 and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in 2015.
