Éva Kerecsen LLM is an accomplished attorney and legal expert with extensive experience in IT law, AI, copyright, and data protection. As the founder of Lawit Legal since 2019, Éva has developed a dynamic legal practice focused on business-oriented solutions that safeguard intellectual property and ensure compliance for clients. In addition, Éva serves as Principal Consultant and Head of Legal at OLKON Consulting and General Counsel at NNG LLC, overseeing a considerable volume of legal issues and managing a professional legal team. Éva's earlier experience includes a role as Junior Associate at CLV Partners Law Firm, where essential legal research and client representation were key responsibilities. Éva holds a Bachelor of Laws from Pázmány Péter University, a Master's degree in Information Technology Law from the University of Pécs, and is pursuing a certificate in U.S. law at The George Washington University Law School.
