Alexandre Marietto

Alex Marietto is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Institutional Coverage Group (“ICG”) with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top-performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Alex is responsible for the creation and execution of sale-leaseback programs, large-scale dispositions, and credit underwriting for private equity firms, franchisors, franchisees, and portfolio companies.

Since joining the NNN Pro Group in 2015, Alex has managed approximately 800 transactions totaling over $2.5 billion in transaction volume. Most notably, Alex assisted with a large-scale disposition program for one of the largest private equity companies of over 140 properties with a value of approximately $300 million in just over a year.
