Daniel Price

Daniel Price is an Senior Associate with the NNN Pro Group, the top producing group at Marcus & Millichap. Daniel focuses on underwriting real estate fundamental, conducting property-level diligence, and coordinating programs for national and regional franchisees. Daniel became an Account Manager in January of 2017, previously contributing as an intern. Daniel previously worked with Smith Affiliated Capital in New York, analyzing hospital systems, airports, and other municipal bond portfolios. Daniel is a graduate of the Michael F. Price School of Business at the University of Oklahoma, where he received a BBA in Business Entrepreneurship. In college Daniel worked summers as an asset manager within his family’s commercial real estate portfolio with holdings in office, multi-family, and industrial properties with numerous regional and national credit tenants.
