Howard Curd

Howie Curd is an Associate with the NNN Pro Group, the top producing group at Marcus & Millichap. He currently focuses on underwriting real estate fundamentals, conducting property-level due diligence, lease analysis, and coordinating disposition programs for some of the nation’s largest institutional real estate companies including publicly traded REITs, public and private franchisors, franchisees and developers as well as high-net worth and 1031 exchange individuals. Howie focuses on industrial net leased assets in the Mid-West, while maintaining a strong grasp on the net lease retail market around the country. Howie graduated from The University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business with a degree in Finance and served as the President of his class.
