James Westerberg

James Westerberg is a Vice President with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top-performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. James joined the NNN Pro Group in 2016 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group focusing on developing and successfully executing sale-leaseback programs, asset valuations, and acquisition/disposition programs for a substantial and diversified client base spanning both private and institutional markets. James provides a wide range of high-quality advisory services across all facets of the net lease investment market including analysis, underwriting, marketing, negotiating, and portfolio management.

Since joining the NNN Pro Group, James has assisted with closing over 300 properties with an aggregate value of over $850 million, including over 80 closed transactions with a total transaction volume of $200 million in 2022.
