Richard Nardi

Richard focuses on the sale of net leased properties, primarily located in the Northeast. Richard graduated from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business in 2011, where he majored in Finance. He began his career with the NNN Pro Group as an intern during his senior year at Fordham. His primary focus was studying the net-leased marketplace in New York City, specifically banks, pharmacies, and fast food restaurants. He has since expanded his reach to the entire Northeast, where he travels daily, building relationships with owners of net leased properties. Since 2015, Richard has closed over 225 net leased transactions totaling approximately $850 Million. Although focusing on the Northeast, Richard’s assignments have resulted in the sale of properties in 42 states throughout the United States. Richard works primarily with private investors and developers, as well as 1031 exchange assignments and tenant sale leaseback transactions.
