Emilio Wuerges

Emilio Wuerges is a highly experienced software engineer with a diverse background in both industry and academia. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at No-IP since September 2022, Emilio previously held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at Turing.com and Kiavi, among others. Emilio's earlier experience includes roles at Arcadia and BairesDev, and a long tenure as a Professor at UFFS, where responsibilities included training students for the ICPC programming contest and teaching various computer science courses. Emilio's academic foundation includes a Doctorate in Computer Science, a Master's degree in Computer Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, all from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. Research conducted during the PhD program focused on the relationship between compiler optimizations and memory hierarchy.
