Karen Mie

Karen Mie has worked in various design roles throughout their career. Karen currently holds the position of Diretora de Arte Pleno at Dream Factory since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Graphic Designer at No Limit Creatives starting in November 2020. From August 2020 to July 2021, they served as a Designer Pleno | UX at Nerau CX.

In their earlier career, Karen worked as a Diretora de Arte Jr. II at Audi Comunicação from May 2018 to March 2020. During this time, they gained experience in all stages of creative work, from briefings to finalizing designs for clients such as Lojas Torra, Água Santa Inês, and Assis Plaza Shopping.

Before that, they worked as a Diretora de arte at L8 Digital from March 2015 to May 2018, where they collaborated with national companies and artists like Raça Negra, Fernando & Sorocaba, and Thaeme & Thiago. Karen contributed to campaign development and visual identity projects for these clients, enhancing their creative skills.

Karen's work experience began as an Arte Finalista at LD Artes Gráficas from March 2013. At this printing company in Osvaldo Cruz/SP, they gained their initial exposure to design tools and the process of creating and finalizing print-ready files.

Overall, Karen Mie has progressively advanced their career in the design field, gaining valuable experience and showcasing their creativity in various roles throughout the years.

Karen Mie obtained their Bachelor's degree in Publicity and Advertising from Universidade do Oeste Paulista, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.
