Katie Bombroffe

Katie Bombroffe currently serves as the People and Performance Manager at No1 Roofing and Building Supplies since September 2023. Previous experience includes multiple roles at IRT Group from April 2019 to September 2023, culminating in the position of Group Head of People & Culture Operations. Katie has also held positions at Warrigal as Recruitment Lead and Training & Development Systems Officer from March 2015 to April 2019, and at Illawarra Area Child Care as Administration Officer from March 2007 to December 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Training & Development from the University of New England (2016-2018) and a Diploma in Business Administration from the Australian College of Commerce and Management (2012).
