The NOA is a partnership between eight schools Calandlyceum, Lumion, IVKO, Metis Montessori Lyceum, Geert Groote College, IJburg College, Adriaan Roland Holstschool, Rudolf Steiner College and seven teacher training colleges and universities (University of Amsterdam, VU University of Amsterdam, Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (faculties of Education en Sport), Inholland University of Applied Sciences, Amsterdam University of The Arts / Breitner Academy,  University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
