Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency and a Workday consultant at HR Assist LLC, Lisa specializes in HR and finance transformation, change management, and organizational strategy. Previously, they held leadership roles in organizations such as The Cleveland Orchestra and the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, successfully implementing large-scale initiatives and driving significant cost savings. Lisa’s education includes a Master of Public Administration from Cleveland State University.
