Charles Pickering

Charles Pickering has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry spanning over several companies. Charles most recently worked as the Head of Product Development at NOAH NY since July 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Sr Director of Sourcing at J.Crew from August 2017 to May 2019. Charles also worked as the President of The Concept Shop from June 2016 to April 2017. Charles held the position of Sr Director of Sourcing - Shop Your Way Brands at Sears Holdings Corporation from April 2011 to June 2016. Before that, they were the Director of Production at DKNY Jeans from November 2008 to May 2011. Charles also gained experience at Converse as part of the production team from June 2006 to November 2008. Charles held the position of VP Product Development at Hang Ten from August 2004 to July 2006. Charles started their career at Tommy Hilfiger, where they held multiple positions, including Director of Mens Production from September 1999 to August 2004 and Director of Production at Tommy Hilfiger-USA from 1994 to 2004. Charles also worked as the Director of Knit fabric development at Liz Claiborne from January 1997 to September 1999.

Charles Pickering attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Textile Arts. Prior to that, they were enrolled in the University of North Texas from 1989 to 1993, obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Textile Arts as well.
